Start with a useful buyer brief

A clear first inquiry helps both sides understand the product direction, approximate order plan, packing and required timing before quotation or sampling.

• Product links, shortlisted styles or clear reference images
• Target market and intended retail or display use
• Approximate quantity by product or product form
• Target season and required arrival window
• Color, size, fullness, material or finish priorities
• Packing, barcode, carton-mark or private-label needs
• Destination country or port
• Whether the request is for an existing, adjusted or new style

Confirm the sample arrangement

After the product direction is understood, confirm the sample charge, courier cost, expected timing and which details the sample must demonstrate. Sampling normally takes about 7–14 days; new-style development may take about 14–21 days, subject to the actual request.

Use the approved sample as the production reference

Heron confirms photos and the final sample before bulk-production review. Keep the agreed product details and approval record together so color, fullness, construction and packing expectations are not separated from the quotation. The sample charge can be credited toward the subsequent bulk order.
