Retail display planning is different from decorating one finished room. Buyers need products that can create a focal point, repeat a color story, fill vertical or horizontal space and remain practical to unpack, shape and reuse. Use wreaths and arrangements as focal products

Wreaths can establish a clear seasonal or color direction on walls, doors and display backdrops. Vase arrangements and candle centerpieces can create tabletop anchors. Review the product's scale against the intended viewing distance so it does not disappear in a large display or overwhelm a smaller fixture.

Use garlands to connect a display

Garlands carry a product story across shelves, frames, tables and longer horizontal areas. Buyers should review visible length, fullness, flexibility, attachment points and whether the product can recover its intended shape after packing.

Use stems and branches for height and flexibility

Individual stems, curved stems, hanging forms and branches let visual merchandisers vary height, direction and density. Bendable construction can help positioning, but the buyer should still confirm the actual stem structure, scale and recovery through samples.

Use picks and sprays as repeatable accents

Picks and sprays can repeat berries, foliage, texture or color in smaller areas and can support wreath, tree or shelf stories. They may also work as add-on products within a retail assortment, but MOQ and packing should be checked by style.

Plan color, viewing distance and maintenance

A display should read clearly from the shopper's normal approach, not only in close-up product photography. Buyers can test whether the palette has enough contrast, whether small details remain visible and whether products can be reshaped, dusted and stored without losing their intended presentation.

Prepare a retail-display product brief

Share the display environment, approximate dimensions, season, color direction and intended product roles. Reference images are useful when they show the overall visual objective, but product feasibility, quantities, packing and any custom development still need to be reviewed separately.
